These appointments are for Aultman Hospital – main campus. We are located on Memorial 3 North in 3603.

You do not need to bring anything with you other than your badge.

No eating, drinking (except plain water), chewing gum, or smoking 15 minutes before your fit test.

There should be no hair at the sealing surface - no stubble. For acceptable facial hairstyles, click HERE
