These appointments are for Aultman Hospital – main campus, just off the main (Seventh Street) lobby. We are located diagonally across from the Employee Health Services office. There are signs in the hallway to identify the room.

You do not need to bring anything with you other than your badge.

No eating, drinking (except plain water), chewing gum, or smoking 15 minutes before your fit test.

There should be no hair at the sealing surface - no stubble. For acceptable facial hairstyles, click HERE
